Bryon Eggan

Bryon is a Vice President at Hays Financial Group, where he partners with clients to design retirement plan solutions that work for organizations of every size and for employees at every level.

With more than 23 years of experience in the retirement and investment industry, Bryon has dedicated his career to helping employers create programs that align organizational goals with employee well-being. He believes a well-structured retirement plan is more than just a benefit—it’s a strategic tool that supports long-term success for companies and their people.

Bryon earned his degree from Michigan State University and holds the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) designation through the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA). Outside of work, he is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children in Midlothian, Virginia.
