Jackie Stutzman

Jackie is Vice President of People & Culture at HFG. With a background in retirement plan consulting and human resources, she is uniquely qualified to support a growing organization while ensuring an exceptional experience for both team members and clients.

In her role, Jackie leads career development initiatives, strengthens and sustains company culture, and partners with leadership on compliance and operational priorities that support HFG’s long‑term growth strategy. Known for her positive, people‑first approach, she is deeply committed to building a high‑performance environment where individuals are empowered to do their best work.

Jackie earned her degree in Finance from Marquette University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She lives in Hudson, Wisconsin, with her husband and two sons.
